Therapy is different for each individual. The length and duration of therapy varies and progress can be discussed with your therapist.

Your appointment time is reserved for you and you alone. If you cannot attend and do not cancel within 48  hours of the appointment time (not including weekends or holidays), the full fee of your session will be charged.

Psychotherapy is currently not covered by OHOP. Most folks have Extended Health Benefits through their (individual, spouse, parent) employer. Most insurances cover therapists, social workers, psychotherapists and psychologists.
